Bad service

This is a Complaint / Review about NTB.


Got 4 new tires installed. Their lifetime balancing was poorly done if done at all. Wait time was ridiculous even with appointment scheduled ahead of time online. People up from t need some customer service training. Their slogan says "we want your business" and you really don't feel like it. I had balancing done with someone else because didn't want to deal with ntb anymore. Most issues could be taken care of with simple heads up phone call and just doing what they offer.
