Problem not fixed

This is a Complaint / Review about Firestone Complete Auto Care.


I brought my car for tail lights issues, they called me after a day and told me that the car is ready. I picked it up and drove out, good thing my wife was driving behind me and told me that my tail lights are still not working. Only one customer rep working this day for a line of customers. Very Poor service.
