Home Depot Credit Department - double payment

This is a Complaint / Review about Home Depot.

In July, 2013 I accidentally paid my credit bill twice. I noticed this and on August 7th I contacted the credit department. I was told I would receive my over-payment in 17 days. In 17 days no payment received. I contacted the credit department on Sept 10, was told I would receive my payment on Sept. 30. No payment received. I contacted the department on Oct 2, was told the payment would be deposited directly into my account on Oct 23. No payment. i have contacted the credit department on Oct 23, now I have to provide proof that I have not received my over-payment. What can be done about this situation?
