Good luck returning an item without huge penalties - Cooktop

This is a Complaint / Review about Appliances connection.


Ordered a cooktop that did not fit in our countertop granite opening. Called to exchange or return it they asked for :
- 10% restocking fees
- $50 theri cost cost of shippment
- $50 plus cost of warrenty on shipment to send it back

That would be about $180 on $625 item !!!!

What a bad customer service and policy to deal with after the fact. Will never buy from them again
