Kunes Dealership took it upon themselves to change Lender . Never received conformation receipt of payment owed, due, where to send, if application was sent, etc. from Lender Landmark Trust Credit Union - also, Kunes Dealership after further review had me sign a document stating I was a member of Landmark Credit Union - WHICH I NEVER HAD NOR DO HAVE AN AFFILIATION. Phoned Dealer - Dan Kunes Direct - left multiple messages, never returned my call. Emailed FORD COMPANY DIRECT NO REEPLY. REPLIED TO EMAILS SENT FROM FORD COMPANY Customer Service Inquiries FORD SENT Me AS A Courtesy Follow-up on Congratulations to your New-purchase NO REPLY AND EMAILS SUBMITTED TO DEALERSHIP WEBSITE WHICH I HAVE COPIES... Requested to Return Vehicle. KUNES COUNTRY AUTO GMC Manager "JR" invited me to come look at another car for purchase. Long story short - TRIED to sell me a 2011 Jeep BASE Model 60k miles. Offered me a trade of $24k for Ford Edge, Tax, Title, License for $875 and to Sell Extended Ford Warranty for $400 and a GPS Navigation device I could plug into car being that is was a BASE MODEL NO UPGRADES AND HE WAS SELLING FOR $28900.00 ON THE INTERENT - NOTING I HAD PURCHASED THE 2012 EDGE WHICH KUNES FORD HAD POSTED FOR SALE ON THE INTERNET $28900... Great I said, an EVEN TRADE AND WOULD PAY TAXES, TITLE... Have ALL of GMC Kunes Manager's - "JR'S" HAND written notes... Approved Financing of 2.49% = $500.00 per MONTH PER $5000.00 borrowed. *Brining in $8000 to Deal / Purchase. "JR" STATED HE WAS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING MONEY ON THE DEAL - ORIGNINALLY INVITED ME IN AT 9AM FRIDAY TO VIEW 2011 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE COMMANDER AND SELL INCLUSIVE $30K - TAX TITLE LICENSE OUT THE DOOR - UNDERSTANDING 2012 FORD EDGE WAS 4WD WHICH I WAS SOLD AND TOLD BY SALES PERSON KEVIN AT KUNES FORD. JR VIWED AUTO, DETERMINED 2012 2WD AND I COULD NOT DO DEAL AT THAT PRICE... ASKED WHAT I COULD AFFORD PER MONTH, TOLD HIM $300, HE OFFERED TO SELL ME 2011 BASE JEEP AT $319.00 PER MONTH. IN A WHIRL WIND - I FINALLY DID THE NUMBERS IN FRONT OF HIM AND REALIZED HE TRIED TO TAKE ME FOR $7000!! I CONFRONTED HIM WITH AMOUNT OF LOAN, HE TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT, HAD TO ADJUST NUMBERS AND SALES PRICE TO BUILD IN WARRANTY... SCAMMERS--- BAIT AND SWITCH!! JR - KUNES GMC GENERAL MANAGER, THEN WENT ON TO TELL ME I WAS A WASTE OF "HIS" TIME... WENT TO KNAUZ AUTO TO PURCHASE OTHER CAR, GENERAL MANAGER JOE PHONED DAN KUNES DIRECT AND REQUESTED HE RETURN HIS CALL - NEVER HAD THE PROFESSIONALISM TO CALL HIM BACK BEFORE CLOSE OF DEALERSHIP. KUNES HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. FOLLOWED PROTOCOL TO RETURN / EXCHANGE CAR WITHIN DAYS OF PURCHASE DAN KUNES - KUNES COUNTRY AUTO WISCONSIN. KUNES'S ACTIONS CONFIRMED - UNETHICAL, DECEIVING - VERY SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED KUNES DEALERSHIP IS RUNNING SUCH A TARNISHED BUSINESS. AS A LOCAL RESIDENT IN THE COMMUNITY - FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS ALSO CONCERENED SUCH UNETHICAL PRACTICES WERE PERFORMED WHEN HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.

IF I DO NOT HEAR BACK FROM FORD - WILL FOLLOW LEGAL PROTOCOL FOR ASSITANCE.
