EPS Car booted in less than 2 minutes of the store I was going to patronize.

I just got a boot on my car after being parked in the Rag-O-Rama in Little Five Points lot for less than 2 minutes. I had planned on doing some shopping after grabbing a iced tea (to-go) next door. By the time I returned to Rag-O-Rama (once again, less than two minutes since I had parked) there was a boot on my car put there by Empire Parking Services whom Rag-O-Rama employs to oversee their lot. ...After talking to the manager of the Little Five points store, I was informed there was nothing that could be done for me even though I was there to patronize the store. I had to pay $75 so I could get the boot removed.
