This is a Complaint / Review about YMCA Central Branch Worcester.


I had originally applied to be a life guard back 8 months ago... due to Red Cross certification board messing up my certification i was denied employment not to mention the Aquatic director also sent inappropriate emails to my college email and 3 days later i was told not to return to the YMCA when the aquatic director of that branch was out of line and stepped out of his boundaries never mind i wasn’t even an employee.. They told me that I was not employable due to lack of certification when in fact the Red Cross Contacted them the Athletic center which I took my certs contacted them to tell them that they messed up on my certs and had to resubmit them on top of that The Ycma had also sent emails to local ymca telling them not hire me due to lack of certification when in fact I had proof that I was on the roster sheet and paid for my certs and that the certs had to be resubmitted so because of emails and unprofessionalism I now have possible pending law suit with this yucca if they still deny me employment
