This is a Complaint / Review about SUBWAY Restaurants.
Our 6 yr old orders the same thing for his sandwich anytime we stop at subway. He orders a kids size spicey Italian. The meats are pepperoni and salami. At a subway store #294 in a pilot the employee told my husband she couldn't make that sandwich because it would throw off their meat count. They only have a "ham/turkey" button on the register for kids. We offered to pay more for the meat and she still refused. REALLY!? Asked if she would please make an exception for our 6 yr olds favorite sandwich. She still refused and said she didn't want to get in trouble. We ve never had any subway refuse to make this sandwich before. Thanks for the horrible customer service!! You just worry about your "meat count". Which may have been 2" less meat!!! BTW a regular turkey sandwich costs more than the spicey Italian that contains 2 different meats. Use your head employee. Oh and there wasn't a manager to talk to.
