customer service was horrible - customer service

This is a Complaint / Review about McDonalds.


Mcdonalds on Edwards Lake Road has terrible customer service and the food rating is not the best. I had to wait ten minutes in the drive through for a simple order and then they ended up giving my food to the wrong customer. The manager has no manners and is extremely rude! awful......
