Never Again - laptop

This is a Complaint / Review about Fry's Electronics.


I will never buy anything again...We purchased A Toshiba Laptop $1,000 June of 09..It was worked on April 10...They kept it until July 10..And it still didnt work right...Aug 10 it was back out there...This time until Oct 10...Said they couldn't fiz it due to the # year warranty did not cover repairs...I paid to get get a NEW HARD DRIVE...it was gone...So I will never recommend them to anyone KIMBERLY PONCE
