The support team stopped contacting me

This is a Complaint / Review about

When I made a top-up of my virtual credit card issued by, they blocked my account and asked me for a valid ID and a copy of the both sides of my plastic credit card. After I provided the scans of my documents they sent me back an email that my account is suspended. The support team stopped contacting me!
