Charged but no merchandise

This is a Complaint / Review about Tribal Monsoon.


This company has the worst customer service and to date has commited theft. They charged me before shipping the product and when I found out that it wouldnt be delivered on time I canceled the order. They refuse to refund me and havent shipped the product to me either. It has been three weeks and no product and no refund. I would strongly avoid anyone ever doing any business with Tribal Monsoon.
