Credit one is piss poor in customer service and payment posting - credit card

This is a Complaint / Review about Credit One.

I have had this card for several months and every month its a different problem. The first month it was told that I couldnt pay online because of my account being so new. The second month it was a pain to try and setup the online pay system and when I did it didnt post because of them needing to verify my account!!!!! WTF??????? All I want to do is pay the account! In order to keep from paying a late fee I had to "express pay" which cost another 9.95. Last month I didnt recieve a statement so I had to call to see when it was due. I payed it off and the they only credited my account 100.00 and the rest got held up for 3-5 days for "autorization". This month no statement again and the account was close to being over the limit so I payed it off. Since the payment didnt post immeaditly it threw the account over the limit by $3.00 . Within 24hrs the over the limit notice hit my credit score! How can the over the credit limit notice hit my credit score BEFORE my payment posts to their accounts department?????????????????WTF????? I cancelled this account and will tell anyone that wants a credit to stay the fuc$ away from this company.
