This is a Complaint / Review about PNC Bank.


I have been trying for 2 days to stop payment on a check to no avail. When I called the customer service number the automated machine asked me the same questions over and over again. The branch bank told me to go on line & put in PNC, hit my accounts then hit stop payment. Obviously this doesn't work either. This experience was very frustrating for me especially since I'm still trying to stop payment on this check
