Incessant calls from SunTrust Mortgage re payment due

This is a Complaint / Review about Suntrust Bank - Mortgage group.


A mortgage holder for some ten years, and having never been late on a payment, I am receiving calls - 2-3 times daily reminding me of a payment due on the first. Clearly, the mortgage statements allow for a payment date up to the 15th. When I try to call them back, they are always closed BUT the computer cal states theyre open from 8 am to 10 PM...
Im absolutely incensed by the ridiculous calls and having never been late - ever - this is far beyond harrassment.
