please help - Credit

This is a Complaint / Review about GE Money Bank.


I put in an app for a loan from G E captal retail bank coming from this phone number 347-547-6646 and the agent was a Mr.John Cambell they left me a message so I call him and we set up the loan papers but then he told me that the credit dept wanted me to get a green dot moneypak just to prove I had money.And I did when I call him back he asks for the card number And I gave it to him. He told me they wouldn't take the money out but I guess they did so I call green dot to find out if money is still in account and it;s gone. I call him up and he 's saying that they didn't take the money out this is the first time buying a money pack and applying for a loan. I put 280.00 dlls on the card. I t wasn't extra money it was money for bills. I'm a great grandmother and raising 2 children put in my care I didn't think they were going to take it out.but they did. they've already shut off one of my utilities.I though after they verify i will pay bills with it.well I've already contacted Green dot I won't get my money back my I put in a complaint. Any help will be appreciated thank you this is a bad dream I don't know where area code (347) is
