Black Label Salon 25 - Complaints / Reviews / Scam Reports
Facial - Scar on face

This is a Complaint / Review about Black Label Salon 25.

I had one of the worst salon experiences in my life here in Black Label Salon. I go to the one on 43 Exchange place, New York. First of all they made a permanent scar on my face. The facialist's name goes something like Hunang. Although she was apologetic for her mistake she was unable to come up with any suggestions on how to fix it. Additionally, the owner Ms C Lee was rude on the phone when I called, would not let me talk to the facialist, and ended up hanging the phone on my face. I have been to many facialists and never have been treated as badly as here. They would not give me credit for the facial or take any responsibility for their mistake. But what angers me most is the attitude and the rudeness of the owner Ms C Lee. Some business owners, once their businesses reach a critical mass seem to to think they can treat their customers like crap and get away with it. I just hope review boards like this prevent regular customers from getting bad service in exchange for good money. I would NOT recommend this salon. All the folks working in the salon seem to hate the owner Ms C Lee as well.
