This is a Complaint / Review about Groupon.

On June 2, 2012, I ordered a product from Groupon for $39, plus I had to pay for shipping directly to the partner ($11.90). The partner took forever to ship the item... to a wrong address (his fault, not mine - the address I entered on the order page was correct). He then wrote me an email to tell me that the parcel was returned to him (with a photo of the label on the package). I replied, pointing out his error and asking him to reship to the correct address. He never responded. I tried contacting him again and again, no reply. I then contacted Groupon to request a refund, including the shipping fees. They refunded $39 and told me I had to contact the partner to get a refund of the shipping fees. I tried contacting him many times, still no reply. I contacted Groupon again, asking them to contact their partner to demand that he refund the shipping fees. This has been going on for over three months now and it still isn't resolved. I keep getting the run around from them. For me, GROUPON IS NOW AND FOREVER BLACKLISTED!!!
