If I could give them no stars I would.. In Feb of 2013, I paid for a package deal for laser hair removal.. I paid around 300 dollars for it.. Upon the 2nd laser treatment, I experienced burns under my chin and in my face.. My face was horrible looking and the pain hurt like .. You can put 3 different curse words in those 4 spaces.. I called and asked how much I had remaining on the laser treatments and the woman said $120.. I told her I wanted a refund, and she said there were no refunds but I could use the 120 towards something else.. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she informed me she was the manager.. I informed her if they had already burned my face why would I want them to do anything else.. This is an extenuating circumstance that is not suppose to occur.. I hung up on her and will be calling the BBB..
