Unauthorized shipments

This is a Complaint / Review about Stages of Beauty.


When I agreed to a "free trial' I did not agree to regular automatic monthly shipments henceforth. I want these shipments to cease. My bank account should not be debited monthly for these unauthorized products. How to resolve, since it seems to be impossible to reach the company via phone or email?
