aising rates all the time - storage

This is a Complaint / Review about EXTRA SPACE STORAGE.


long time customer...upset they raised my rent 8 dollars a month making it $64. Ads for new customer to rent same size unit for $11 month......SCAM!!! I can see one month free then everybody pay the same rate. They just dont care...they lost my business. They even have a poster up wanting people to give them good reviews for chance to win prizes !!
